    Really some huge modifition/grinding on seat bucket ;_;
    Don't sure I will go on, I will stay with battery under foot with a low gravity center ;)
    Small fuel tank is not a problem for me, but spark access with battery under foot is a bit difficult
    Thank you so much for your photos, it helps me a lot to understand !

    I will present soon photos of my new runner 2.0 with works photos in few weeks :D

    Hello :)
    I would like to convert my old 1998 frame (fx 125) with battery under seat.
    I have ordered the last "portacasco" n°577820 (M.02) but It wont fit on my frame :(
    Do you know if middle version n°575251 (M.99) is compatible with my frame ?

    You will found values (ohms) to check your stator

    I confirm that your main jet is far too large for a phbl 25.
    Are you sure your phbl is for 2 strokes ?
    You should normaly have:
    - Atomiser AQ266 or AQ268
    - Needle D24 or D30
    - Main jet between 110 and 130
    - short diffuser

    One leg contain a spring but not the other leg ?

    If it was mine, i would not touch to transmission.
    I would go for vl14 malossi + phbl25 + modified airbox
    A 180 original would go as fast as 140km/h from tachimeter
